Pursuant to clause (3), the Resolution of Establishment for general-purpose standing committees of the 10th Assembly—the terms of reference for the Committee’s inquiry into referred Annual and Financial Reports 2021–2022 are as follows:
"(3)calendar and financial year annual and financial reports stand referred to the relevant standing committee for inquiry and report by 9 April of the year after the presentation of the report to the Assembly pursuant to the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004; (amended 11 February 2021)".

Assembly Standing Committees held hearings with all ACT Government Ministers and relevant officials from Monday 31 October to Friday 11 November 2022.
This inquiry is now complete.
The Committee’s report was released on 21 March 2023 and is available under the “Reports” tab above.
The Government Response to the report is due on 21 July 2023 and, when published, will be available under the “Government Responses” tab above.
