The Committee resolved on Tuesday 8 December 2020 to undertake an inquiry into the Bill.  In accordance with the reporting timeframe for inquiries undertaken into referred bills (within 2 months from the presentation of the bill)—the Committee was required to report on its inquiry by Tuesday 2 February 2021.  The Committee’s inquiry has concluded.
