Pursuant to clause (3), the Resolution of Establishment for general-purpose standing committees of the 10th Assembly—the terms of reference for the Committee’s inquiry into referred Annual and Financial Reports 2021–2022 are as follows:
"(3)calendar and financial year annual and financial reports stand referred to the relevant standing committee for inquiry and report by 9 April of the year after the presentation of the report to the Assembly pursuant to the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004; (amended 11 February 2021)".
Annual and Financial reports 2021–2022 of ACT Government agencies and entities can be accessed at: https://www.cmtedd.act.gov.au/open_government/report/annual_reports
Assembly Standing Committees will hold hearings with all ACT Government Ministers and relevant officials from Monday 31 October to Friday 11 November 2022.
