Pursuant to clause (3A), an amendment made on 16 September 2021, of the Resolution of Establishment for general-purpose standing committees of the 10th Assembly—the terms of reference for the Committee’s inquiry into referred Annual and Financial Reports 2020–2021 are as follows:
“(3A) calendar and financial year annual and financial reports for 2020-2021 stand referred to the relevant standing committee for inquiry and report by 31 May 2022 of the year after the presentation of the report to the Assembly pursuant to the Annual Reports (Government Agencies)
Act 2004;”.

Assembly Standing Committees held hearings with all ACT Government Ministers and relevant officials from Monday 21 February to Friday 4 March 2022.
