The Committee resolved on Tuesday 8 December 2020 to undertake an inquiry into the Bill. In accordance with the reporting timeframe for inquiries undertaken into referred bills (within 2 months from the presentation of the bill)—the Committee was required to report on its inquiry by Tuesday 2 February 2021. The Committee’s inquiry has concluded. The Committee’s report was released on Monday 1 February 2021 and is available from the Reports menu button on this webpage.
