On 8 April 2021 the Committee agreed to inquire into Draft Variation 364–Gungahlin Town Centre, referred to the Committee by the Acting Minister for Planning and Land Management, Mr Steel MLA, on 31 March 2021 under Section 73(2) of the Planning and Development Act 2007.
The recommended variation is accessible via the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate website
