On 6 November 2025, the Committee resolved to inquire into Draft Major Plan Amendment to the Territory Plan 04 (DPA-04), referred to the Committee by the Minister for Planning and Sustainable Development on 28 October 2025 under section 70 of the Planning Act 2023. The documentation is available on the City and Environment Directorate website.
This inquiry is now complete.
The Committee’s report was released on 30 April 2026 and is available under the “Reports” tab above.
The Government Response to the report is due on 30 August 2026 and, when published, will be available under the “Government Responses” tab above.
