Referral of Auditor-General’s reports to the Public Accounts Committee
In accordance with the Committee’s terms of resolution of establishment all reports of the Auditor-General presented to the Legislative Assembly for the ACT are referred to the Public Accounts Committee for examination.

(if the Legislative Assembly is not sitting when the report is provided to the Speaker, it is taken for all purposes to have been presented to the Assembly on the day the Auditor-General gives it to the Speaker)

The requirement to provide a Government submission does not apply to the Annual Report of the Auditor-General's Office.
