Report tabled – Crimes Legislation Amendment Bill 2023

Today the Chair of Standing Committee on Justice and Community Safety, Mr Peter Cain MLA, tabled the Committee’s report for its Inquiry into the Crimes Legislation Amendment Bill 2023.

The Committee received four submissions in broad support for the Bill and therefore makes the recommendation that the Crimes Legislation Amendment Bill 2023 be passed.
