Inquiry into the ACT environment’s bushfire preparedness – Public hearing

Today the ACT Legislative Assembly’s Standing Committee on Environment, Climate Change and Biodiversity will be holding the first of two public hearings as part of its Inquiry into the ACT Environment’s Bushfire Preparedness.

The Committee will hear from several witnesses, including concerned residents, experts, and the Chair of the ACT Multi-hazard Advisory Council. Visitors are welcome to observe the proceedings, between 9.00 am – 11.20 am on Tuesday 27 February 2024, in the Prince Edward Island Room at the Legislative Assembly building on London Circuit.
