Inquiry into the
Sexual Assault Reform Legislation Amendment Bill 2022
The Standing Committee on Justice and Community Safety has announced it will be undertaking an inquiry into the Sexual Assault Reform Legislation Amendment Bill 2022.

The Bill is a significant bill that makes significant changes to the ACT justice system with the aim of improving victim-survivors’ access to justice and enhancing their safety.
The Committee wants to hear from a range of stakeholders and welcomes submissions to this inquiry by 7 November 2022.
