Inquiry into Dangerous Driving – update

The Committee is inviting submissions to be received by 30 September 2022 and hopes to hear from as many people as possible on key issues and possible strategies that the government can put in place to address dangerous driving through police and emergency response, and through the justice system.

The Committee must only inquire into issues that are within its resolution of establishment, therefore the terms of reference have been drafted accordingly.  The Committee’s resolution of establishment is available on the Committee webpage: Standing Committee on Justice and Community Safety - ACT Legislative Assembly
