On 11 March the Committee agreed to inquire into Draft Variation 365, ‘Housing Choices - Co-Housing and Boarding Houses’, referred to the Committee by the Acting Minister for Planning and Land Management, Mr Steel MLA, on 1 March 2021 under Section 73(2) of the Planning and Development Act 2007.
