Pursuant to clause (3), the Resolution of Establishment for general-purpose standing committees of the 10th Assembly—the terms of reference for the Committee’s inquiry into referred Annual and Financial Reports 2022–2023 are as follows:
"(3)calendar and financial year annual and financial reports stand referred to the relevant standing committee for inquiry and report by 9 April of the year after the presentation of the report to the Assembly pursuant to the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004; (amended 11 February 2021)".

Assembly Standing Committees will hold hearings with all ACT Government Ministers and relevant officials from Monday 13 November to Friday 24 November 2023 and Tuesday 12 December 2023.
