Terms of reference

On Thursday 06 February 2025 the ACT Legislative Assembly (the Assembly) referred the Appropriation Bill 2024-2025 (No 2) (the Bill) to the Standing Committee on Public Accounts and Administration (the Committee) for inquiry and report.

The Committee resolved to undertake an inquiry into the Bill. In accordance with the resolution of the Assembly of 6 February 2025, the Committee is required to report to the Assembly by Thursday 13 March 2025.

The Committee will hold a public hearing into the Bill at the beginning of March 2025.
