From February 2018, an electronic copy of the majority of papers that have been tabled in the Assembly that are authorised for publication, pursuant to standing order 212A, will appear below.
To request a copy of papers that were tabled in the Assembly prior to February 2018, please email: tabledpapers@parliament.act.gov.au. Please note that the Speaker’s permission (through the Clerk) is required to gain access to papers that were tabled in the Assembly prior to 26 August 2010 and not authorised for publication (standing orders 212 and 212A).
The following categories of tabled papers are not provided below as they are routinely published elsewhere:
- Ministerial statements – appear as read in the Assembly in the Hansard
- Assembly committee reports – are provided on the relevant Committee page of the Assembly website
- ACT Government budget papers – refer to the Treasury website
- ACT Government Annual Reports – refer to the relevant directorate or agency website
- Auditor-General Reports – refer to the ACT Audit Office website
- Subordinate laws - refer to the ACT legislation register
- Disallowable instruments - refer to the ACT legislation register
- Notifiable instruments - refer to the ACT legislation register
General enquiries regarding the above papers tabled in the Assembly (except Assembly committee reports) should be directed to the responsible directorate or agency, or via the Access Canberra portal.
