About the Work
Stephen Procter was Head of the ANU School of Art Glass Workshop from 1992 until 2001. Procter’s emphasis was on simple organic shapes, and a delicate sense of equilibrium. Jane Bruce was a colleague in the Workshop for much of Procter’s tenure. In this collaborative work, we see the intersection of their interest in the landscape. Both were initially trained in the UK.
