About the Work
The Zanfirico technique is a constant source of inspiration for Rowney, which he combines with his interest in creating geometric forms and graphic lines. He says that ‘the underlying element of the constructed sphere pieces are a combination of adding and building up a work, whilst utilising multiple simpler elements combined into one final form.’
