  • June: The Assembly agrees a motion marking Kiribati's 40th anniversary of independence — Hansard entry.
  • July: Second technical visit by the former Deputy Clerk and Serjeant-at-Arms to review the Maneaba's standing orders supported by the United Nations Development Program.

  • July: Technical visit by the former Deputy Clerk and Serjeant-at-Arms to review the Maneaba's standing orders supported by the United Nations Development Program.
  • November: Inbound visit by the chair of the Maneaba Public Accounts Committee.

  • June: Technical attachment of three Hansard staff from the Maneaba to the Office of the Legislative Assembly.
  • October-November: Inbound visit of Speaker Tebuai Uaai, the Maneaba Public Accounts Committee chair, and Clerk of the Maneaba.

2016

  • April: Technical visit by a former Speaker and the Deputy Clerk and Serjeant-at-Arms to deliver a new Maneaba members' induction program supported by the United Nations Development Program.

2013

  • August: Technical visit by the Assembly's scrutiny committee legal advisor visits to provide legal advice and support to the Maneaba Public Accounts Committee supported by the United Nations Development Program.
  • November: Technical visit by the Assembly Librarian and Public Accounts Committee secretary visit to support improvements to the Maneaba library and train a new committee secretary.

2012

  • June: Technical attachment of the Minister for Education and an opposition member to Assembly members' offices.
  • August: Technical visit by the Clerk-Assistant and scrutiny committee legal advisor to deliver workshops to Maneaba members and staff on parliamentary privilege and procedure committees.
  • October: Technical visit by the Clerk and a federal parliamentary officer to conduct a needs assessment of the Maneaba as part of the Pacific Partnerships Program.
  • November: Inbound visit by the Deputy Clerk of the Maneaba.
