00. Planning and Development (Project Facilitation) Amendment Bill 2014

On 6 May 2014, the Standing Committee on Planning, Environment and Territory and Municipal Services, in view of not being able to agree on a report, presented a statement in the Legislative Assembly. This fulfilled the reporting obligation of the Committee. This statement is available under the heading 'Reports'.

On the same day the Assembly resolved that the Chair's Draft Report and the Alternate Draft Report considered by the Committee be tabled by the close of business on 6 May 2014. These papers are available under the heading 'Chair's Draft Report and Alternate Draft Report'.
