At its meeting on Thursday 31 March 2011, the Legislative Assembly referred the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Amendment Bill 2011 to the Committee for inquiry and report by the first sitting week in March 2012. At its meeting on Tuesday 20 March 2012, the Legislative Assembly extended the Committee’s reporting date to the second sitting week in May 2012.
