In its report on the Review of the Performance of the Three Branches of Government in the Australian Capital Territory against the Latimer House Principles, the Committee recommended that, following the election of the 10th Assembly in October 2020, the Government/Assembly consider the comments and suggestions of the Review of the Performance of the Three Branches of Government in the Australian Capital Territory against Latimer House Principles in its development of a new committee structure.
At its meeting on Thursday 19 March 2020 the Committee resolved to undertake a review of the current committee structure, taking into account the comments and observations of the review of the implementation of the Latimer House Principles in the ACT for the 9th Assembly.
