05. Inquiry into the Human Rights Amendment Bill 2015

On 7 May 2015 the Assembly resolved:

"That the Human Rights Amendment Bill 2015 be referred to the Standing Committee on
Justice and Community Safety for inquiry and report, with a reporting date not later
than the last sitting day in September 2015".¹

On 11 August 2015 the Assembly agreed to amend the resolution by omitting the words "the last sitting day in September 2015" and substituting "the last sitting day in November 2015".²
