05. Inquiry into the Human Rights Amendment Bill 2015

On 7 May 2015 the Assembly resolved:

"That the Human Rights Amendment Bill 2015 be referred to the Standing Committee on
Justice and Community Safety for inquiry and report, with a reporting date not later
than the last sitting day in September 2015".1

On 11 August 2015 the Assembly agreed to amend the resolution by omitting the words "the last sitting day in September 2015" and substituting "the last sitting day in November 2015".
