Referral of Draft Variation 363 – Curtin group centre and adjacent residential areas: zone changes and amendments to the Curtin precinct map and code
The Standing Committee on Planning and Urban Renewal invites submissions to its inquiry into Draft Variation 363 – Curtin group centre and adjacent residential areas: zone changes and amendments to the Curtin precinct map and code. The recommended variation is accessible via the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate website:

Written submissions should be lodged with the Committee Secretary by close of business Monday 4 May 2020.
The Committee prefers all submissions to be lodged in electronic form (Word format), although handwritten submissions are acceptable. All submissions, including those sent electronically, must include a name, an email address, a postal address and a telephone contact number. Personal contact details will not be published.
Please note that the Committee will not be holding hearings as part of this inquiry.
