Terms of reference

The Assembly’s Resolution of Appointment for the Committee of 2 December 2020, provides that:

(6) all reports of the ACT Auditor-General tabled in the Assembly stand referred to the Standing Committee on Public Accounts for inquiry and report; It follows that Terms of Reference for each of the Standing Committee’s inquiries into Auditor-General’s performance audit reports are, in effect, the Auditor-General’s report itself.

At its meeting on 23 September 2021 the Committee resolved to undertake further inquiry into Auditor-General Report: 7/2021 – Procurement Exemptions and Value for Money.
