The Public Accounts Committee of Legislative Assembly is calling for submissions for its inquiry into the methodology used to determine rates and land tax for unit-titled residences.
In 2017 the Government made changes to this methodology as part of the ACT’s broader tax reforms agenda.
Members of the public and all interested parties are invited to make submissions on the impact of this change to the Committee at LACommitteePA@parliament.act.gov.au by Close of Business Friday 23 March 2018.
Questions regarding the inquiry can be put to the Committee’s Secretary, Dr Brian Lloyd, on (02) 6205 0137.
