If you wish to register on the ACT Register of Lobbyists, alter your details on the Register or submit a six monthly return please complete the relevant form and return to:

Registration Forms

I wish to register as a:

• Natural person (individual) (Word, 221KB)
• Partnership (Word, 222KB)
• Company (Word, 223KB).

Alteration of Details Form

A registered lobbyist is required to advise of any change to any detail appearing on the public register within 10 days of that change occurring.

If you wish to alter any of your registration details, please complete the Alteration of Details Form (Word, 202KB).

Six Monthly Return Form

A registered lobbyist is required to provide a six monthly return, within 15 working days of 30 June and 31 December.

If you wish to provide a quarterly return, please complete the Six Monthly Return Form (Word, 218KB).
