Video on Demand (VoD) feedback form

This form should be used to provide feedback on your experience using the VoD service and to report problems with the VoD service. Please answer the relevant questions and press the submit button at the bottom of the page.

However, before you do, please note the following:

  • some mobile devices require the user to press play on the video before the table of contents (session log) will allow navigation within the video. See the frequently asked questions for more information.
  • due to some technical issues, certain recordings may be temporarily unavailable on VoD and alternative copies of those recordings are published via the Vimeo website, please click here to access those recordings.
